Vintage Look Pillow Cases {Tutorial}

Hello Friends!  Following my IG post (here) today, I've had so much interest in a tutorial or pattern for my vintage look pillow cases, I decided it was a good idea to write out a few steps for you and share it here on my old blog!   I'm visiting my mother in New Mexico and have a little time while she's sitting in her recliner reading, to try and whip this out!  Smile!  (Luckily I did take a few pictures and made a few notes when I was making the pillowcases!)

Spring Tote Bag {Promise Me Fabric Tour}

I have a funny story to tell you about this beautiful new fabric line from Poppie Cotton.  I don't know if I've ever explained how it works to be a "maker" for a fabric company?  Fabric sample bundles are manufactured many months before they ever hit the market, so when Poppie Cotton sends me a new fabric collection it won't actually be available for purchase for quite a few months.  (It's pretty exciting to see and handle collections before they are actually out!).

Hello my sewing friends!  I'm in New Mexico at my momma's as I write this blog post and the weather here is so beautiful!  I'm excited to tell you about this lovely fabric by Poppie Cotton called Moonbeam Dreams.  I have to tell you that the colors of this fabric collection are not usually what I am drawn to but oh my goodness do I absolutely LOVE this fabric.
