Me & My 18" Doll Book Review {And A Giveaway}

I was honored to be asked by Erin Hentzel, the Author of the new book, Me & My 18" Doll, if I would like to review her book and share a project here on my blog.    I'm always excited to sew for Jillian and Rosetta's collection of American Girl Dolls so of course I said yes.   

Tink And Stitch Needle Book Pattern

I am so excited to share this adorable needle book pattern by my friend Cheri.  I met Cheri at the retreat I went to in Vermont and she is such a talented, amazing woman.  I love everything she makes.  This pattern was no exception!

My Favorite Quilt!

In June I had the most awesome trip to Vermont where I met up with 21 other special ladies for a sewing retreat.  I still can't believe what a special time it was and I think almost daily about these ladies and what an amazing experience it was for me.  I wrote a blog post about it where I blog for MaryJanesFarm magazine.  You can read all about it there by clicking here. 

But what I'd like to share with you today is the quilt that I worked on while I was in Vermont!  

Sweetest Girls! {Wanderings Fabric Blog Tour}

I had the amazing privilege of sewing with the Wanderings Fabric collection by Poppie Cotton.   I love this fabric collection.  The colors are such beautiful blues and pinks.  I could never decide which ones were my favorite.  I also love the low volume prints in the collection too.
